Tools and Hardware Reviews of General Pump Pressure Washer Telescoping Wand Back Belt

Customer Review: Backbraking backsupport
Summary: 1 Stars

I order this item with the 24 foot extension wand hoping that it would help hold and support the wand. The first thing I found wrong is the clamp that attaches to the wand was to small and had to be modified to fit with a longer screw. When the wand was attached to the belt the wand handle was way to low and by adjusting the wand trigger handle closer to you made controlling the wand almost impossible once it was extended past 18 feet. Then after about an hour of use the part that clips to the wand broke. I would not recommend this item for use with the 24 foot wand.

Customer Review: Limited Benefit
Summary: 3 Stars

I used the belt for an hour decided it was more trouble than it was worth. I'm using a 24 foot extension and it is heavy and tough to control but the belt limits range of motion. I found that not using the belt made the job go quicker.

Customer Review: Might help...can't tell
Summary: 2 Stars

The instructions are poorly written and faintly printed. Worse yet, I bought the 24' telescoping pole and the metal clamp on this belt does not fit. Call to the company was not returned.

Customer Review: Not Very Good
Summary: 3 Stars

It works well until you try extending beyond maybe 12' to 16'. It's too heavy when lifting it at full extension, and actually buckles under its own weight, destroying the tubing. Don't bother buying it if you're looking to power wash 2nd story levels. Like I said, however, it works well at 12' to 16'. At that point though, is it worth the money? Just buy a ladder.

Customer Review: Sort of works
Summary: 3 Stars

I bought this for a 24' extension wand, because it recommended it. I found it very cumbersome to use, and it didn't help much. To change the length of the extension, or to chg a nozzle, you had to unhook. I suppose if you were doing one extension length for a long time, it might help, but I ended up taking it off.
