Customer Review: Good concept, but has design flaws
Summary: 3 Stars
I like the concept of a broom with water jets as it makes cleaning our pool deck and screen enclosure much easier. However, the handle connectors (it's a three piece handle) should be made out of metal instead of plastic. I was using this broom and towards the end of my cleaning project, the connector piece snapped. Amazon was great with the return of my damaged broom and gave me full credit of the return shipping charges. I opted for a replacement broom and received it within ten days. The next time I use the new broom, I will be extra careful with how much pressure I put on the handle! The other improvement suggestion I have is to make the bristles more stiff so you don't have to apply much pressure while cleaning.
